Our Story
More than a recipe. It's a family.
Ceviche DSM started with Tanya — a first-generation Cuban-American whose family left Cuba and carried their recipes with them. The dishes on this menu come from her parents and grandparents: the marinades, the slow-cooked pork, the press of a real Cubano.
We built the bar to feel like Havana in its golden era — dark woods, warm light, and the best rum we could find in Iowa.
